Same-day delivery option via Grab Express, Lalamove, etc. is available upon checkout. Buyer will be notified when their order is ready for pickup via email. Buyer shall book pickup within an hour and shoulder delivery fee.
Our studio is located in Novaliches, Quezon City. Full details will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.
PICKUP BOOKING REMINDERS
Please read these guidelines before booking pickup for your same-day delivery order
ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR ORDER ID# WHEN BOOKING PICKUP
Kindly leave the order ID (found in the confirmation email) in the notes section when booking pickup. This is to make sure that we are handing over the correct items.
No Order ID = No Pickup
DO NOT BOOK PICKUP UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A “READY FOR PICKUP” EMAIL
Buyer will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when their order is ready. Buyer is expected to book the pickup strictly at their scheduled pickup date and time (with 30 minutes - 1hr allowance).
ONLY BOOK RIDERS WITH INSULATED BAG
To make sure that your order will not get damaged, wet, and soiled during rainy/hot days, kindly only book riders with insulated bag.
CONFIRM WITH US FOR AVAILABILITY FIRST FOR RESCHEDULING
Do contact us first via email or iMessage/text to let us know your new preferred date & time for the pickup. Please do not book pickup if we have not yet agreed to the new date/time.
