We’re Taking a Short Break — Here’s What You Need to Know

We’ll be taking a brief pause from October 21–25. During this period, our online store will remain open to receive your orders, but all processing and shipping will resume on October 26 (Sun).

To make sure everything runs smoothly here's a few reminders before we go:

1. All pending orders are being shipped out today, October 20.

2. Orders placed today, October 20 (from 12NN onwards) via standard shipping will be processed starting October 26 when we return.

3. If you haven’t received your tracking link yet, please check your email (and spam folder) — we may have already sent it. If you still don’t see one, there might be an issue with your order, and we’ve already emailed you about it. Kindly reply to that message so we can assist right away.

4. You may still place same-day delivery orders until October 20. We’re open Mon - Sun : 9:00am to 8:30pm for pickups.

5. For those with existing same-day delivery orders, please book your pickup until October 20, if you’d like to receive your order before our short break.
